• NO hazardous, flammable, organic materials or municipal waste allowed
• NO dirt, wood, plastics, trees, stumps, brush, metal or rubber allowed
• Horgan Recycling, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any material they deem unacceptable
• Double fees will be levied for reloading unacceptable materials onto delivery vehicle
• Terms and prices quoted are C.O.D. unless prior purchase arrangements have been authorized
